It is a great show of support for the Cornish Pasty Association (CPA) which is currently waiting for the European Commission to grant final approval for the PGI status for the Cornish delicacy.
The Cornish Pasty Association will be exhibiting at the West Expo in Cornwall (2nd – 4th March). This trade exhibition is aimed at regional hotel, catering, hospitality and food suppliers. The Association will explain to visitors the importance of protecting the authentic ‘Cornish Pasty’ and will invite other pasty producers or sellers to become members of the CPA.
