Information for schools

Funds raised during Cornish Pasty Week 2024 will provide schools across Cornwall and Scilly with the resources they need to offer children regular cooking activities, whether that is to buy equipment and ingredients or to run cooking clubs or other fun food initiatives.

Applications are now LIVE.

Simply fill in the form below and tell us how much money you are requesting from the fund and how you would like to use it. If you are looking for non-financial assistance – a baker to come into your school to run a session or to arrange a field trip to a commercial bakery for example – then please use the additional info box to let us know how we can help get your school cooking.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Apply Now

To put in an application for the Cornish Pasty Community Fund, please fill in the form below and let us know what you will be using the funds for (equipment, someone to host cookery sessions, ingredients or something else!)

And consider the following questions which will assist us in reviewing your application against our criteria:

  • What will this enable your school to offer that it cannot currently?
  • How will this improve your students understanding of food and cooking?
  • What other benefits (if any) will this investment generate for your school, pupils or community?

And finally, if you have any questions, please let us know.
