Put your crimping skills to the test in the first-ever amateur crimping showdown. Whether you’re a seasoned home crimper or just up for some fun, this is your chance to battle it out for the ultimate title!
How It Works
- 3 rounds, head-to-head style – fastest crimper moves on!
- 3 pasties per round – each must have at least 18 crimps and a neat finish.
- Final showdown – the two fastest crimpers go head-to-head for the title!
Two timekeepers will record each heat, and if there’s a tie, the contestant with the most distinct, visible crimps wins.
Prizes for All Entrants
There are lots of amazing prizes for all entrants, so even if you don’t make it to the final, you’ll still walk away with something special!
What’s Happening On the Day
It’s going to be a celebration of all things Cornish! Along with the crimping competition, enjoy:
- Live sea shanty bands
