The team at the Cornish Pasty Association were all incredibly shocked and saddened by the news that one of our dear friends and a huge supporter of our industry, Mark Duddridge, passed away suddenly in May.
Mark was instrumental in setting up our Association and in tirelessly working with the pasty makers of Cornwall to obtain the PGI for the Cornish Pasty, which has contributed enormously to the growth and success of our industry.
It was just one of his many achievements for Cornwall. He will be sorely missed.
